Certificate of Death is a record of permanent disappearance of all the evidence of life of a person. Registration of Certificate of Death is a permanent recording of a person’s disappearance.
Delayed Registration is when the registration was made beyond thirty (30) days reglementary period.

2. Pay the required fee at the Municipal Treasury Office by showing the Order of Payment. *Make sure to secure Official Receipt that will be issued upon payment. |
