APPLICATION FOR EXCAVATION AND GROUND PREPARATION PERMIT

Excavation and Ground Preparation Permit, An Accessory Permit issued by the Building Official is initiated before or during the processing of a building permit, allowing individuals or businesses to conduct excavation activities on a specified site. This permit is granted once the accompanying principal plans, specifications, and other pertinent documents with the application are found satisfactory and in substantial conformity with the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. These permits must be signed by the respective owner/applicant and the relevant professionals involved.

If in case the applicant is not the registered owner of the said lot / unit, in addition to TCT/OCT/Condominium Title, the following documents must be attached, whichever is applicable:

a.     Deed of Absolute Sale (1 original copy, Notarized)

b.     Deed of Donation (1 original copy, Notarized)

c.     Assignment of Rights (1 original copy, Notarized)

d.     Affidavit of Consent from Lot owner (1 original copy, Notarized)

                         i.         Extra Judicial Settlement (1 original copy, Notarized) (if registered owner is deceased).

                       ii.         Special Power of Attorney (1 original copy, Notarized)
