NOTES:

1. Make sure that the chainsaw to be used is registered to the DENR, if not, the chainsaw owner should register his/her chainsaw. (The registration of the chainsaw is issued by DENR).

2. If the cut tree/s is to be transported to a neighboring barangay, town, or province, a permit to travel must be secured from DENR-CENRO.

3. The LGU Certification is not a permit to cut trees.

4. Only DENR has the authority to issue Tree Cutting Permit.

5. Illegal cutting of tree/s is subject to penalties under PD 705, RA 9175, RA 3571, RA 7586, RA 11038, RA 9147, and RA 7161
